M.Sc., Licensed Psychologist
In September 2019 I joined the lab as a full-time research assistant. I received my M.Sc. in psychology in 2018. I have since then acquired my license to be a clinical psychologist after working a year as a clinical psychologist in training at the Karolinska University Hospital. I have over the past three years since my B.Sc., alongside my clinical work and studies, been working on and off as a part-time research assistant in the lab. Both my B.Sc. and M.Sc. are from Karolinska Institutet and were completed in the Lab and were supervised by Dr. Philip Pärnamets. My previous project built upon the work I did in my bachelor thesis and investigated the mechanisms behind how stereotypic beliefs about groups are acquired and modulated by new information, and how these processes affects subsequent social decisions. I am now working on a project investigating how stable and volatile environments affect social learning and decision-making.
