Leo Asan

After completing my Bachelor’s degree in psychology, I started the Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience master program at Dresden University of Technology in Germany, where I currently am a postgraduate student in my final year following. For my master thesis, I am studying neural processing of facial speech movement in Autism Spectrum Disorder. As an intern at KI Emotion Lab, I will be assisting Amy Walsh in her project about the influence of controllable versus uncontrollable stress on decision-making. I have two main research interests; I am interested in neurobiological mechanisms of learning and lifespan development, but also clinical neuroscience.
